Terms of sale
The terms you agree to when you buy a watch from Daybreak Watches.

One-of-one stock
Every watch is a single, individual piece. Adding one to your cart does not reserve it; a watch is only held once its order is paid, and until then it may sell to someone else. If a piece sells or is withdrawn before your order is confirmed, we’ll refund any payment in full.
Descriptions & pricing
We describe and photograph each watch as accurately as we can, but listings may contain occasional errors. Where a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than proceed. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Payment
Orders are paid in full at checkout through our commerce platform, Shopify. Title to a watch and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you give us. We may accommodate other arrangements for a specific piece only where we’ve agreed them with you in writing beforehand.
Returns
Watches are sold as-is; we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. The full terms are set out in Shipping, returns & authenticity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
